MRPC Foundation
The Mississippi River Parkway Commission created the MRPC Endowment Fund to help sustain the mission of the MRPC for generations to come. The Endowment is directed by the MRPC Board of Directors and is held and invested by the Community Foundation of Greater Dubuque, a qualified foundation in compliance with national standards.
